Cloning Instructors Part 2 Image

In his previous Cloning Instructors report, “Game Changer” Chris Rappold of Personal Best Karate shared valuable insights into developing an instructor’s physical abilities.

In Part 2, he focuses on the importance of developing an instructor’s mental and emotional abilities.

According to Mr. Rappold, “Looking at each ability separately helps you ensure that the instructor training you provide is resulting in a broad, complete program that will lead your instructors to great performance in the classroom.”

In his school, he strives to develop the following six black belt principles in his instructors (not just his students):

  • Modesty
  • Courtesy
  • Integrity
  • Perseverance
  • Self Control
  • Indomitable Spirit

In his report, Mr. Rappold gives you numerous ideas that you can use to develop these same qualities within YOUR instructors.

“The goal is to give your instructors the tools they need to have a powerful impact on the students (and parents) inside your school. Also, it is to help you expand your school’s influence within your community,” he adds.

This GCI special report will help you accomplish exactly that!
